The Retail Price for the James Loudspeakers EMB1200 is $2200. This was our last unit and we installed it into a Great Room House Audio system with in-wall speakers. The designation EMB stands for Energy Multiplied Band pass. New Dayton Audio SP500 Subwoofer Amplifier, $360 was just installed and working great.

Frequency Response. Upon checking the subwoofer unit no longer powered up. Condition is Used. See the photos to see cosmetic blemishes.

The Woofer and the grill is in great shape. Original Box is now Double Boxed Original boxes are weak so this unit double boxed and reinforced. Fortunately the worst one where enclosure has a dent is on back edge. Quantity 1: James Loudspeakers EMB1200.

After the photos were taken it was boxed up. Energy multiplying is achieved by creating two precisely designed sealed chambers, a rear chamber with high-performance internal driver coupled to front that focuses the energy through spun aluminum pneumatically-coupled passive radiator. This is a very large and heavy beast of subwoofer it plays deep loud.

At various bass frequencies, the phase-coupled radiator is displaying a greater excursion and thus output than internal powered driver. Other that a small white work on the top, front and sides look good. Now its time to move some more inventory. Now, one small subwoofer can produce clearer, deeper bass acoustics than any other.

After less than 2 weeks the customer said that he was no longer hearing subwoofer. The energy-multiplied band pass design produces bass as if the enclosure were much larger than its actual size. Amplifier Power. So that's what we did.
